Build the platform AI development deserves
RuneSpoke is an all-in-one, AI-native developer platform. We are unifying code review, issues, IDE extensions, CI/CD, and deployments into one system, with AI FinOps and governance built in. It is an ambitious surface area, and we are building it from the ground up.
Where we are honestly
We are a pre-seed company, founded in 2026, with closed beta coming soon. The team is small and the bar is high. We are not running a long list of open roles yet, and we would rather be upfront about that than post placeholder listings. As we grow, roles will open across engineering, design, and developer relations.
If you are excited about what we are building, do not wait for a posting. The best early hires usually reach out before there is a formal role.
What we look for
- People who ship: high ownership, low ceremony, and a bias toward working software.
- Depth in at least one area, full-stack product engineering, developer tooling, infrastructure, AI systems, or design, paired with the range to work across the stack.
- Strong product instincts. We are building for developers, and we expect everyone to care about the experience.
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage pace. Things change quickly and you help decide what gets built.
- Care about doing it right: governance, cost, and security are first-class here, not afterthoughts.
