About RuneSpoke

What we are building

RuneSpoke is an all-in-one, AI-native developer platform. It unifies the work that today is scattered across a dozen disconnected tools: code review, issue tracking, IDE extensions, CI/CD, and deployments, with AI FinOps and governance built in from the start.

Instead of stitching together a separate product for every part of the software lifecycle, teams get one platform where the AI has the full context of the codebase, the work, and the people doing it. RuneSpoke is delivered as a cloud service, so there is nothing to host or operate yourself.

The problem

Modern engineering teams pay for and context-switch between a long list of point tools. Reviews live in one place, issues in another, docs in a third, chat in a fourth, and AI assistants bolt onto each one in isolation. The result is duplicated cost, fractured context, and AI usage that nobody can see, govern, or budget for.

RuneSpoke replaces that stack of point tools, the kind of stack that usually means Copilot for AI assist, Linear or Jira for issues, Notion or Confluence for docs, GitHub for review, and Slack for chat, with a single, coherent platform.

Bring your own AI

RuneSpoke is bring-your-own-AI. You connect your own provider accounts, including Claude and other leading models, and use them across the platform. AI FinOps and governance are first-class: you can see what AI is being used, by whom, and what it costs, and you can set the guardrails that keep spend and access under control.

The founder

RuneSpoke was founded by Eric Kennedy, Founder and CEO. The company is based in Walnut Creek, California, and is building toward a future where AI is a governed, accountable, first-class part of how software gets built, not an unmanaged add-on.

Where we are

RuneSpoke is a pre-seed company, founded in 2026, with closed beta coming soon. We are working closely with a small group of early teams to shape the product before a broader launch. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
